Our Approach

Steps to working with a health coach.

1

Book a health coach initial consultation.

Schedule an initial 15-minute 1:1 Meet & Greet with a health coach.

This is an opportunity to share with the health coach how you want to feel, the changes you would like to make and your motivation.  In return, the health coach will explain how you can work together to navigate priorities, make small changes over time, and achieve your health goals.

2

Compile a personalized health portfolio.

Gain an understanding of health with your coach by establishing a health history, gathering medical records and doctor recommendations for your first session. The Health Coach will work with you to understand your unique biology by asking questions.

Together you will fill out your Wellness Portfolio.  This process includes what’s going well and identifying inflammation triggers in the Circle of Life, diet, current lifestyle, past attempts at change, and Pillars of Health. Regular health coach sessions will include check-ins and goal setting.

3

Co-create a health Blu-print for going forward.

With your health coach, you will

work to build a personalized blueprint with practical, actionable steps to support an ongoing low inflammation lifestyle.

Your Blu-print will include diet choices, movement/physical activity, sleep optimization, stress management, social connection, and the twelve parts to the Circle of Life.

Transformation towards wellness will unfold while you make your way through our guided program, supporting your unique needs both during your health coaching program and beyond.

understand • explore • build • transform

This unique program combines the expertise of medical doctors and the support of qualified health coaches as an extended care team to help understand your bioindividuality, explore your multidimensional health and build sustainable tools for a healthier lifestyle.

Our health coaches will help uncover causes in your life that are contributing to chronic inflammation and identify changes to address the root causes that create or exacerbate disease.
